?WHAT IS BIKRAM HOT YOGA





40% humidity, 90 minutes and 26 poses. But practicing Bikram Yoga is much more: it is sending fresh blood through tourniquets and muscles compressions to the whole body, acting as a natural rejuvenator.

You do not need a flexible or athletic body to start practicing Bikram Yoga, but you will see how, with each class, you will be more and more so. In the series of 26 poses + 2 breathing exercises you will discover, at your own pace, that Bikram is for you.


Because here the important thing is not how you enter to the Hot Yoga Room, but how you exit. And from each class, your best self will come out: stronger, more flexible, with more determination.



WHAT HAPPENS DURING AND AFTER A BIKRAM HOT YOGA CLASS





90 minutes to renew you from bones to skin, eliminate toxins and give more life to your organs, glands, tendons, muscles and bones with each posture of the series, in which your muscles contract and stretch at cellular and biochemical level .


Poor posture and back pain disappear to make way for a healthy, young and strong spine. Wiith regular practice you are improving circulation, joint mobility, immune system, and full body range of motion.


90 minutes getting balance on the yoga mat and also out of it, in your head, in your emotions and in your capacity for concentration and mental clarity.
