Do you remember the last time you did something for the first time? Like all new things in life, your first Bikram Yoga class will fill you with good feelings. And it is that Bikram Yoga is designed just for that, to fill you with life.
So if you've made it this far, you're about to take the most important step, the first towards your Bikram Yoga class. To begin with, you DO NOT NEED TO BE FLEXIBLE for your practice, that is just one of the many benefits you will get with each class.
Do not be afraid of heat, or 90 minutes. Bikram Yoga is designed for all types of people, ages and conditions, guaranteeing a safe practice.
Before the class, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before to complete your registration, not have eaten during the 2 hours prior to your practice and hydrate yourself a lot throughout that day.
During class, we want you to remember the most important thing: AT YOUR RHYTHM. Rest, sit or take a break but do not leave the Hot Room, because that is the challenge of the first days, to make your mind strong.
In the studio we will give you the essentials to start and advance your practice, we will provide you with strength and confidence, the mat and a water source so you can refill your reusable bottle. You will only have to bring two large towels (one to put on top of the mat and one for the shower). The more classes you take, the more benefit and well-being you will get.
In a week, you already notice a change in your body and, with constant practice, at least 3 times a week, in a short time you will notice a transformation at all body-mind levels.
